Hexlitix iOS Privacy Policy

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Quantum Wave Solutions Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Hexlitix mobile application ("the App").

Hexlitix is an enterprise software platform. The App provides authorised users with mobile access to data hosted within their organisation’s own Hexlitix deployment.

Our Role

Quantum Wave Solutions is the developer of the Hexlitix software. We provide the App as a tool for organisations to access their own data infrastructure.

Important: The data you view through the App (including GPS tracking data, video content, and operational information) is owned, controlled, and hosted by your organisation, not by Quantum Wave Solutions. We do not have access to, collect, store, or process your organisation’s operational data. Where your organisation has engaged Quantum Wave Solutions to provide hosting services, data handling will be governed by the terms of that separate agreement.

Information Handled by the App

The App may locally store the following on your device to enable functionality:

Authentication token: A secure token generated by your organisation’s server upon first login, used to authenticate subsequent sessions. This token is stored securely on your device and transmitted only to your organisation’s Hexlitix server.
Connection settings: The server address for your organisation’s Hexlitix deployment.
User preferences: Display settings and preferences you configure within the App.

The App maintains a real-time connection with your organisation’s server to send and receive data. All communication occurs directly between the App and your organisation’s infrastructure — Quantum Wave Solutions does not intermediate or have access to this traffic.

Your Organisation’s Data

All operational data displayed within the App is retrieved directly from your organisation’s Hexlitix deployment. Your organisation acts as the data controller for this information.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Data Security

The App communicates with your organisation’s Hexlitix server using encrypted connections. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using platform-provided secure storage mechanisms.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under 18 years of age. The App is provided exclusively for use by authorised personnel of organisations that have licensed the Hexlitix platform.

Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have rights regarding personal information. As Quantum Wave Solutions does not collect or store your personal or operational data, please direct any data access, correction, or deletion requests to your organisation.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
